The Sunsphere under cumulus cloud, Knoxville
An upgrade for the whole company

Welcome. Thanks for coming.

Taylor Mac Brown

Some businesses are better than they look.

You already have a way of doing things that works, or you would not still be here. The trouble is it usually lives in six places at once, and what people see of you is whichever piece they happened to land on.

My favorite work is building on top of what you already have. The same company, running on something cleaner and better organized underneath, with a website, photographs, film and 3D that all come from one mind and finally look like what you can actually do.

What is worth keeping comes with you. What gets rebuilt gets built properly.

And that is a great problem to have.
That is where I come in.

The work is already good. What is usually missing is everything that carries it, so that is the part I build: the website, the photographs, the film and the 3D, all made together so they finally agree with each other. Here are three that went out the door.

Here are the businesses that have trusted me so far.

I would love the chance to add yours.

Now let me ask you a few things.

Eight questions, about four minutes. They are the same ones I would ask on a call, and answering them first means the call starts somewhere useful. Nothing sends until you have read it all back at the end.

Right. Tell me about the company.

Answer what you know and skip what you do not. The one I care most about is the second question, and there is a box at the end for anything that did not have a question of its own.

Or just email hello@taylormacbrown.com.

First, what brings you here today?

However you would say it out loud. A sentence is plenty.

And what do you sell?

In your own words. I want to understand the business, not collect a category.

Where is the biggest gain waiting?

There is usually one thing that, once it moves, makes everything after it easier. Pick the one with the most upside right now, even if several are true.

When this works, what will be different in 90 days?

The more specific the goal, the better I can build toward it. Something like "ten qualified quote requests a month" gives us a clear target and a shared way to know we reached it. Specific, measurable, and inside a real timeframe.

What is one customer worth to you?

Most intake forms skip this one, and it is the one that turns pricing into simple arithmetic. A customer worth $40,000 earns a very different build from one worth $400, and knowing which lets me propose the right size from the start.

What do you have already?

And anything you have already tried, so I can build on it rather than suggest it back to you.

When would you like it live, and what are you working with?

A real range helps more than a guess at what I want to hear. It shapes what I propose, and every range gets a proper answer.

How do I reach you?

Here is everything you told me.

This is your brief, in your words. Have a read before it reaches me, and use the link under any label to change it. Pressing the button asks me for a conversation, nothing more: no call is booked and no money is involved.

Got it. Thank you.

I read these myself, not an assistant. You will hear back from me with what I think the build should be and what it would cost, usually within two working days.

If something occurs to you before then, reply to that email and it comes straight to me.
